France 2 films with AeroSuperBatics
We were delighted to welcome Charline Madini, a journalist from France 2, the leading public television channel in France (similar to BBC One in the UK), to AeroSuperBatics this summer. Charline and her team have produced a feature piece for France’s national news, showcasing the thrill of wingwalking and the story behind our incredible display team.
Their journey with us began at the iconic Blackpool Airshow on the 9th & 10th August 2025. This spectacular event, which draws over 150,000 spectators to the seafront, is one of the UK’s most popular free airshows. The France 2 crew shadowed our team during practice sessions and captured the excitement of our performances in the skies, even speaking to spectators to hear their reactions to our Professional Wingwalkers, Kirsten & Emma’s daring dance high in the skies in the glorious British Summer sunshine.
Following the airshow, Charline and her crew joined us at our private airfield in Cirencester. There, they filmed both our world-class display pilots and our public wingwalkers. They were keen to capture every aspect — from the precision of rehearsals on the ground to the adrenaline-fuelled experience in the air. They also filmed participants taking part in their own wingwalking adventure, gathering their first-hand reactions of pure exhilaration after landing.
